LATEST NEWS: NVT Group is supporting Byte Night 2017
NVT Group will be sending a team of sleepers to the Glasgow Byte Night event, which takes place on Friday 6th October. Byte Night is Action For Children‘s biggest annual fundraiser and the UK’s largest sleep out event. Led by NVT’s Managing Director Stephen Park Brown and Group Director Hamish Fraser, we will be swapping our suits for sleeping bags for the night to help change the lives of vulnerable young people. NVT Group takes part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk, to support ENABLE Scotland
On Sunday September 17th, TeamNVT became a part of TeamENABLE for the Edinburgh Kiltwalk. Our team of Kiltwalkers completed the “Big Stroll” route which took in sights such as Murrayfield Stadium, Cramond & Leith in a day where the sun shone and over 3,000 people took to the streets to support their nominated charities. Irene & friends complete the Dundee Kiltwalk in style!
Irene Simmons, along with friends Andrea Niven and Alison Cranmer have completed the Dundee Kilwalk, in aid of our Charity of the Year, ENABLE Scotland. All three ladies completed ‘The Mighty Stride’, which was the full 25 mile Kilwalk route. Irene will also be taking part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk, along with more than 20 NVT Group colleagues. Mandy McCormick thanks NVT Group for her African Adventure
Thanks to sponsorship from NVT Group, Mandy McCormick (aged 17) was able to join 21 of her classmates on the journey to Ghana, which was organised by Uddingston Grammar School and volunteer travel company, African Adventures. The purpose of the company is to provide educational experiences for people living in the UK, by giving them the opportunity to volunteer at its partner projects in developing areas of Ghana, Kenya and Zanzibar.
