Remote Support

Our remote support service includes 1st to 3rd line assistance for users from a specially designated team on the Service Desk, via the Teamviewer app.

The app allows our systems engineers to gain access to your computer systems, make changes and apply fixes all from a remote location.

On-site Support

Most IT support can be provided from remote locations – from wherever we are to wherever you are.

We can also dispatch technical support to your site for any response, planned or assigned activity (COVID-19 health & safety and government guidelines permitting).

Infrastructure Maintenance

We can provide responsive and pre-emptive support and maintenance of your core infrastructure – both physical and virtual.

This includes any software patching and updates.

Endpoint Maintenance

We can provide responsive and pre-emptive support and maintenance of your endpoint hardware.

This includes any software patching and updates.

Device Positioning

We take care of the imaging and configuration of new and reassigned endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
