It includes all of our day-to-day managed IT support services, our solutions which monitor the health of your IT infrastructure and the technical services we can deploy on-site or remotely.
Service Management
ITIL Service Desk – Get IT support from our team of friendly service desk engineers via e-mail, phone or web portal. You can choose from standard, extended or 24/7 support packages.
Third Party Management – We can liaise with other technology suppliers on your behalf, thus becoming a single point of contact for all your technology matters.
Service Delivery Manager – Additional support from a named Service Delivery Manager, who is your first port of call for all customer service related issues.
Self Service Portal – Raise tickets through our web portal, which we can customise to match your business aesthetics. On the portal, you can check on progress, send messages directly to the engineer who is assigned to your ticket and access self-help tips and advice.
Standard/Custom Reporting – As standard, we provide monthly reports on the services provided. We can also provide bespoke reports that will provide extra levels of insight, which you can use to help manage day-to-day operations.
Custom Dashboards – We can create bespoke dashboard views inside our service portal, to provide meaningful management information in easy to understand formats.
Change Management – Full management of your change control processes, to ensure effectiveness.
Problem Management – Providing support to identify IT problems then resolving them proactively.
Technical Services
Remote Support – 1st to 3rd line remote support for end users, provided by NVT Group service desk engineers.
On-site Support – Public health guidelines permitting, we can provide an onsite engineer for any response, planned or assigned activity.
Infrastructure Maintenance – Proactive and pre-emptive support and maintenance of core services, including patching.
Endpoint Maintenance – Endpoint hardware maintenance and support, including patching and updates.
Device Provisioning – Imaging and configuration of new and reassigned endpoint devices.
Monitoring & Management Services
Infrastructure Monitoring & Management – monitoring and alerting for server, storage and network devices (cloud and on-premise).
Data Protection Monitoring & Management – monitoring and management of backup, archive and replication operations.
Endpoint Monitoring & Management – monitoring of endpoint device health and configuration.
Application & Business Service Monitoring – monitoring of health and performance of critical business systems (cloud and on-premise).
