On behalf of the NVT Group board of directors and all staff, it is with much sadness that we acknowledge the passing of our colleague and friend Anne Campbell, on November 30th, after her battle with cancer.
Anne joined NVT Group as an Accounts Assistant in November 2016 and quickly established herself as a much appreciated team member.
Anne gave everything in her role and she was also keen to play her part in other business endeavours. For example, she made a valuable contribution to our charity committee. In 2017 she joined her colleagues on the Edinburgh Kiltwalk, as part of NVT Group’s appeal in aid of ENABLE Scotland, which helped our business to raise record amounts for the charity. In 2017 we were also delighted to see Anne complete her degree successfully, achieving a BA in Accounting.
This year, Anne played an active part in the delivery of the Glasgow 2018 European Championships and also offered her insight to our company behaviours and values programme. Whenever you had a query, Anne was happy to help with a smile, always displaying the positive behaviours she advocated.
This will be a difficult time for Anne’s family and our thoughts go to her mother, sister and the rest of the family in Islay.
For everyone that knew Anne we cannot help but be inspired by her personal strength of character that she maintained throughout. She will be missed by everyone and we will continue to honour her commitment to charitable causes. With this in mind, we would ask people to please consider contributing to the Beatson Cancer Charity, one of NVT Group’s nominated charities, or any of the following cancer charities.
