    Service Desk: Knowing us, Knowing you

    Our Service Desk is at the heart of our IT Managed Services and the team consists of Systems Engineers, Team Leaders, Consultants and other Senior Technologists.

    We adhere to ITIL Best Practice and we use the Service Now platform to manage user support tickets.

    When your business becomes a client, we assign a specially dedicated support team. You’ll get to know the team personally and, of course, they will know your business IT systems intimately.

    It makes it easier to develop a rapport, which builds trust and makes the service even friendlier and more effective.

    Simple, hassle-free IT support

    Your technology users will find it easy to ask for support.

    They can telephone our friendly Customer Service team, who will assign the support request to the relevant Systems Engineer(s).

    They can request assistance by sending us an e-mail. We will respond straight away to let them know that their request is being attended to.

    They can also initiate a support request through the Service Now web portal. They can also send messages to and receive updates directly from the Systems Engineer who is working to fix the issue.
